Minister and Commissioner at odds over Police racism

Mark Mitchell says there is no systemic bias or racism within the police, despite a landmark report laying out these biases and the effects they have on Māori and other marginalised communities.
The first report from the world-leading research project Understanding Policing Delivery was released earlier this month, and endorsed by Police Commissioner Andrew Coster.
